Upgraded the common areas to a new customer focused environment.
Staybridge Suites – Denver, Colorado
Remodeled an existing 5 story office building into a new 8 story hotel. Design included seismic retrofit of the existing concrete columns to meet current seismic requirements.
Hyatt Place – Colorado Springs, Colorado
New 7 story platform construction hotel building utilizing precast construction on the first 2 levels with CFS studs and long span decking for the upper levels.
